Terms of Service

By downloading or using CubeTurn, you agree to these Terms and to the terms of the App Store or Google Play from which you obtained the app. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

MintSoft grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CubeTurn on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.

CubeTurn reads a puzzle cube's sticker colors with your camera, suggests turns to solve it, and offers practice tools. Color recognition depends on lighting and the cube, and may be wrong; always check the scan before you solve. Features may change or be removed over time.

CubeTurn is free to download. Some features are limited in the free version, such as one free practice a day and access to your last 3 solves. You can choose to watch a rewarded ad to use Solve all once; ads are never shown unless you choose to watch one.

Lifetime is an optional one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. It removes ads and unlocks unlimited practice and hints, every saved solve, auto-play and Solve all. The price is shown in the store before you buy and may vary by region. Lifetime is personal and non-transferable, and it is linked to the Apple or Google account used to buy it. To restore it on another device, use Restore Purchase while signed in to the same store account.

Payments are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by the store under its policies. Google Play: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637

Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

If you got CubeTurn from the App Store, your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). These Terms are between you and MintSoft, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

Your solves and settings are stored on your device, and you are responsible for keeping backups if you want them. Use the app lawfully, and do not try to disrupt it, bypass its purchase checks or misuse the local web viewer.

Ads, purchases and crash reporting are provided by third parties (Google, Apple, RevenueCat and Sentry) under their own terms. We are not responsible for their services or availability.

The CubeTurn app, its name, design and original content are owned by MintSoft and protected by copyright and other laws. Puzzle cube designs and trademarks belong to their respective owners; CubeTurn is not affiliated with any cube manufacturer.

CubeTurn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, MintSoft is not liable for incorrect scans or solutions, loss of on-device data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
